The Difference…

Me: Oh, look! It’s a thing I enjoy. I am so thoroughly enjoying this thing and you can tell because I am smiling and sometimes laughing and I have a look of joy on my face from all of the enjoyment of the joyful thing I am watching/reading/listening to.

Boyfriend: Oh, look! It’s a videogame that I love! I love it so much that I will sit here and yell at it for 10 hours in a row. I love it even more than that last video game that I yelled at. You can tell from the way I also frown and sigh and curse ALL the curse words at it. Sometimes, when I am especially enjoying a video game, I want to murder it and eat its stupid video game babies! I AM NEVER STOPPING. I WILL PLAY THIS THING UNTIL IT EXPLODES OR THEY LET ME LIVE IN IT.



I own this book now. I plan on reading it and everything. Look out, world! I’ll be a millionaire in no time.
